Job Description:

Assist in preparation and review of monthly and quarterly reports
Assist in preparation of account reconciliations, journal entry files, and required documentation
Support the planning process and compiling documentation for audit or other various requests
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Responsibilities:

Enhance job knowledge and abilities by taking personal responsibility for professional development and training
Provide project assistance
Perform responsibilities as directed within determined time frames and with a high degree of accuracy
Establish and maintain effective work relationships within the department and the company
Maintain the professional competence, knowledge and skills necessary to effectively complete responsibilities
Maintain sensitive and confidential information regarding company information
Attend work on a regular basis and support the company's employee policies and procedures, including workplace safety rules
Ensures all compliance aspects of position are known and followed; understands and complies with all policies, codes and regulations applicable to position and company

Qualifications:

Must be a college student, sophomore or higher standing, currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in accounting
Solid computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with data exchange tools and concepts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Effective project management skills
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete projects within tight deadlines
Must be available to work April 2026- December 2026
Employment is contingent upon passing a post-offer background check and drug screen
