Pay Range: $22 - $24/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports one or more mid-level managers.
• Works in low to medium-complex environment.
• Performs routine administrative duties: placing, receiving and routing telephone calls; receiving and directing visitors, typing, filing, faxing, handling incoming and outgoing mail, order and maintain supplies, provide backup coverage to other administrative desks.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills- Bilingual (Spanish), Calendar Management & Scheduling Meetings
• Greeting patients, KIOSK Check-in, enrolment
• Superior Customer Service , Proficient in computer navigation,
• Bilingual Spanish- Must have
• Word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
