Job Description:
Technical/Functional Skills:
Domain - Engineering
• An Engineering Bachelor's Degree/Master’s degree or similar.
• Direct experience gained ideally within the manufacturing industry and / or a IT consulting firm
• Understanding of Aerospace Product development, design and change management process
• Deep understanding of Engineering IT applications across Aerospace Product Value chain (Doors, CATIA, 2D-3D Drawings, MBSE, etc.)
• Good understanding of PLM system, associated process like BOM Management, Part Management, EBOM, MBOM, Configuration Management, Model based systems engineering, Requirements management, etc
• Hands-on experience with PLM and Engineering IT applications and associated data
• Part of large PLM implementation/ PLM transformation programs would be good to have skill
• Technical skills on AWS Cloud preferred.
Data Governance
• Experience with Engineering data governance
• Experience and knowledge of data policies around Engineering data
• Experience with ITAR and Export Control domain
• Experience with applying export control policies around Engineering data
Communication
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to engage with Senior management and executives
• Ability to work with Engineering Teams and understand their requirements
• Document detailed requirements
• Create Art of possible and Status documentation
• Presentations for the executive team
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Ability to understand the Aero Business process is critical.
• Collect and analyze customer needs and requirements
• Work with Aerospace business users to validate and accept requirements.
• Conduct Requirement Analysis workshops
• Propose solutions that meets the needs of our clients.
Perform upgrading, debugging, testing and maintenance of software

Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 per annum
