We have a career opportunity available for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Agricultural Compliance Coordinator at our farming location, G&D Farms, located in Manatee County (Duette, FL).

The Agricultural Compliance Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of both conventional and organic strawberry production. This role will ensure compliance with food safety regulations, organic certification requirements, and environmental standards while supporting day-to-day farm operations. This role requires coordination with vendors and attention to detail with record keeping.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Oversee, maintain, and document food safety compliance standards across farming operations.
• Prepare, organize, and assist with organic certification audits.
• Maintain accurate spray inventory records and ensure regulatory compliance surrounding all aspects of pesticide use and documentation.
• Conduct and document regular fuel tank inspections.
• Perform well compliance inspections and maintain appropriate reporting.
• Maintain an updated equipment inventory and perform equipment inspections.
• Support operations by picking up parts and supplies from local vendors as needed.
• Provide general operational support by assisting with miscellaneous farm needs as they arise.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in agriculture, food safety, or farm compliance preferred.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of organic farming practices and regulatory audits a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive and resourceful with a “hands-on” approach.
• Work involves both office and field environments.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus
