ASG Equities is the family office of the Gindi family headquartered in New York. The Gindi Family is known for founding the iconic Century 21 Stores NYC in 1961. ASG Equities manages numerous investments including operating businesses, real estate, equities, credit, private equity, venture capital, energy, and various other alternative investments. 

JOB INFORMATION:

ASG is seeking an Asset Management - Analyst who has organizational skills and a strong work ethic.

The Analyst’s primary job duties and responsibilities will include:

• Organize historical financial statements and create go-forward financial projections
• Analyze lease income, expenses, and financing for existing and new real estate investments
• Underwrite new investments in energy, credit, and other income generating assets
• Track history of investments and analyze actual and projected performance of each investment
• Communicate with investment managers, lenders, and attorneys for information processing
• Create and update investment reports summaries for owners and directors
• Organize pipeline of potential new investments
• Maintain tracker of workflows within the Asset Management, Finance, and Legal departments
• Complete and coordinate subscription documents for new investments

Candidates for the Analyst position must possess:

• Four-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Competency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows)
• Understanding of investment parameters and economics (MOIC, IRR, etc)
• Work or internship experience in finance, investment analysis, and/or real estate is preferred but not required. 

This is a full-time and in-office position. Salary range for this position is $55,000 - $80,000, which is dependent on education, work experience, skills, and qualifications.
