Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the overall planning, coordination, and administration of construction projects.
• Support project documentation efforts, including reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
• Help monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress to ensure adherence to established goals.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Assist with reviewing and processing project submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to maintaining accurate project records.
• Support the project team in enforcing safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Help maintain effective communication among clients, design teams, and field personnel.
• Perform general administrative and logistical tasks to support project operations.
