Location: Orlando, FL | Schedule: Full-Time (Hybrid Potential) | Compensation: $150,000+ DOE + Bonus

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Florida Attorney in good standing, with 5+ years of bar membership (required by the firm’s largest client)

• Significant experience handling workers’ compensation claims from start to finish, including trials/hearings

• Background may be plaintiff, defense, or mixed , as long as you can confidently manage cases independently

• Excellent litigation, negotiation, and communication skills

• Strong work ethic, client-focused mindset, and ability to thrive in a high-volume practice
