Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable cloud solutions across multiple client projects. As a strategic technology advisor within our IT Services team, you will be responsible for driving cloud adoption, solution architecture, infrastructure modernization, and DevOps enablement for diverse enterprise customers.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Strong knowledge of AWS core services: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC, Route 53, etc.
- Expertise in architectural frameworks (e.g., Well-Architected Framework).
- Proficiency in scripting/IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, Docker, and Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
- Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, and cost management.
- AWS Certification (Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional) preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in multi-tenant environments and managed services delivery.
- Familiarity with hybrid and multi-cloud strategies.
- Previous experience in IT consulting or client-facing services roles.
