What You’ll Do:

  • Provide home-based ABA therapy during weekday afternoons, with weekend work also available.
  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, following customized treatment plans designed by our expert BCBAs.
  • Engage children creatively through play, turning therapy into joyful learning experiences.
  • Observe and record progress.
  • Collaborate closely with BCBAs, providing regular updates. 
  • Build trust and rapport with families.
  • Participate actively in ongoing training to ensure the highest standards of service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Experience working with children 
  • Willingness to pursue RBT certification (training provided).
  • Basic familiarity with data entry or record-keeping.
