Job Description
Minimum requirements:

- Ideal profile: Experience in maintenance of electronic devices or connected devices
Biomedical Operator:
- Level 1: Prepare devices, perform electrical tests, carry out verification and configuration of basic devices
- Level 2: Reprocess and reset devices, manage problems and anomalies, analyze test results
- Level 3: Diagnose device failure, propose modifications or improvements to work instructions

Technicity

- Carry out the verification (tests and measurements, validity) and configuration based on a written instruction (Manual or set-up form/reprocess form) of the most common basic devices (thermometers, dataloggers, blood pressure monitors, spirometers, incubators, glucometers, Mortara, centrifuges, precision balances, dynamometers, routers, etc.).
- Carry out the reprocess and reset of these same devices.
- Use the appropriate equipment for these operations.
- Carry out the verification (tests and measurements, validity) and configuration based on a written instruction (Manual or set-up form/reprocess form) of more complex devices (complexity related to the device, the difficulty of the operations, the length of the operations). For example: pumps, Schiller, laptops, refrigeration, etc.
- Carry out the reprocess and reset of these same devices.
- Use the appropriate equipment for these operations.
- Know all the devices in your division (Qsite, standard ERP, Centrifuges and refrigeration, laptops,...)
- Manage problems and anomalies
- Identify compliant or non-compliant results
- Identify specificities or problems on a device or an order and inform a referent.
- Report defective devices and request a replacement
- Report any inconsistencies in work instructions.
- Analyze test results and identify drift/anomaly
- Be able to analyze the specifics or cause of malfunctions and correct simple problems related to devices or controls.
- Replace defective devices and deal with the removal of defective devices (informatically and physically)
- Be able to propose modifications or improvements to work instructions or set-up forms
- Know the vast majority of the devices on the shop floor (70% to 80%)
- Analyze and identify the source of the anomaly and inform a technician or competent person.
- Solve and deal effectively with specificities or hazards related to equipment, measuring devices, instructions or orders.
- Diagnose device failure, notify a technician or maintenance, and manage replacement in the order.

- Carry out the cleaning and disinfection of the device.

- Document and process orders in the ERP
- Process the order in the systems (ERP, Qsite, SAP, etc.) and complete the documentation
