We are looking for a RELIABLE, DETAILED, CARING Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our apartment community. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for current residents, prospective residents, and new move-ins! We need YOU to help our team create a space people will LOVE!

Responsibilities:
• Cleaning vacant apartments after move-outs once units are prepared and ready for turnover
• Maintaining common areas on a rotating schedule, including stairwells, hallways, amenities, leasing office,

entryways, and other shared spaces

• Ensuring all surfaces, floors, and high-traffic areas are consistently clean and presentable
• Reporting any maintenance issues or property concerns
• Following cleaning checklists and completing tasks efficiently and thoroughly

Ideal candidates:
Do you take pride in quality work and have great attention to detail?
Are you dependable and self-motivated?
Can you work independently with minimal supervision?
Do you have experience with building cleaning and are you able to climb stairs easily?
