Job Description

RE Brands is a fast-growing company (best known for our Real Essentials apparel line) and we’re expanding into new categories. We’re looking for a Category Manager – Lawn & Garden to help us build and scale this business from the ground up.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the Lawn & Garden category strategy, from assortment planning to execution
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendor partnerships
• Analyze sales, market trends, and competitors to keep assortments fresh and profitable
• Partner with supply chain, operations, and marketing to launch and scale products
• Drive results by managing pricing, forecasting, and inventory planning

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5+ years of experience in lawn & garden, preferably as a buyer or category manager at a major retailer or brand
• Strong vendor and assortment development experience
• Data-driven decision maker with strong negotiation skills
• Someone entrepreneurial, hands-on, and ready to grow with us
