Chief Nursing Officer needed for a smaller community hospital! Bonus Incentive Plan! Sign-On Bonus!
Under the general supervision of the hospital CEO and Senior Vice President, Clinical Operations, the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) is responsible for organizing and administering the Department of Clinical Services and implementing standards of care, policies, programs, and procedures. Responsibilities include ensuring timely, accurate, and complete documentation, ensuring all clinical regulatory requirements are being met, and responsibility for employee engagement, recruitment and retention.
This is a Hands-On working type CNO, with a team of about 75 FTE's.
• BSN required. MSN or equivalent Masters in Healthcare or enrollment in a Master's program preferred.
• 3+ years of hospital nursing experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire
