Job Overview:

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for leading the company’s technology strategy, ensuring the development and implementation of innovative solutions that drive business growth and efficiency. The CTO oversees all technical aspects of the organization and works closely with other executives to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s technology vision and strategy.
  • Lead and manage the IT, engineering, and product development teams.
  • Identify and implement new technologies that provide competitive advantage.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of software systems and infrastructure.
  • Ensure cybersecurity measures and data privacy compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and growth.
  • Manage technology budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Represent the technology perspective in executive-level planning and decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, technology development, and team management.
  • Strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies, software development, and IT systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
