We’re seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with land development experience to join our client’s growing team in Orlando, FL . This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility, a dynamic work environment, and the chance to take the lead on meaningful projects across the region.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead early-stage site design using local/federal mapping and zoning regulations
  • Interpret surveys, perform site due diligence, and identify design constraints
  • Create layouts for roadways, parking, utilities, grading, and erosion control systems
  • Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to draft and refine horizontal and vertical designs
  • Design storm drainage systems using tools like Hydraflow , including culverts and channels
  • Engineer water distribution and sanitary sewer systems, including pump stations and force mains
  • Prepare and submit plans and calculations to local and state agencies
  • Collaborate across departments and attend coordination meetings to drive project success

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • EI required , PE license or on track to obtain preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in land development or civil site design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential
  • Strong understanding of grading, stormwater, utilities, and permitting processes
  • Excellent communication, time management, and coordination skills
