Pay: $22–$37/hr DOE + overtime + potential shift differential
Job Types: Full-time, Direct-hire & Contract-to-hire
Schedule: 1st & 2nd shift; 4x10s at some sites; overtime available

What you’ll do
Set up & operate CNC mills and/or lathes producing tight-tolerance metal and plastic parts
Upload programs and make minor edits (offsets, tool wear/diameter, simple G/M-code)
First article & production runs; changeovers, tooling selection, offsets
Inspect with calipers, micrometers, bore/height gauges; CMM experience a plus
Read blueprints/GD&T ; follow travelers/routers and shop QA procedures
Basic preventative maintenance and machine care
What you bring
Experience as a CNC Machinist / Setup Machinist (able to perform setups with some shop-specific training)
Precision machining background with tight-tolerance work preferred
Comfortable with Fanuc/Haas (Mazak, Okuma, Siemens, DMG MORI, Doosan a plus)
Solid shop math, problem-solving, and reliability
