We are Urbanize, a real estate analytics company that helps developers identify winning LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) sites across the U.S. We are expanding our outbound efforts and are looking for a reliable, experienced cold caller to join our team.
This role is Monday–Friday, 6–8 hours per day, focused on high-volume outbound calling to real estate developers.
The role will provide for an opportunity for advancement into an expanded/greater role.

Responsibilities
• Make 180–200 outbound cold calls per day
• Follow a provided cold call script (with flexibility to sound natural)
• Leave voicemails and track call outcomes
• Book qualified meetings for our LIHTC associate
• Update lead status and notes accurately
• Maintain a professional, confident tone on calls

Requirements
• Cold calling experience required
• Real estate experience is strongly preferred (LIHTC experience is a plus, but not required)
• Comfortable speaking with developers, executives, and decision-makers
• Able to handle objections calmly and redirect to a scheduled meeting
• Clear English-speaking voice
• Reliable internet and calling setup
• Consistent availability during agreed-upon hours
