What You’ll Do:

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project goals
• Develop schedules, budgets, and work plans while proactively mitigating risks
• Oversee procurement, change orders, RFI processes, and job costing
• Lead and mentor project teams to ensure top performance and accountability
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, contract requirements, and regulatory standards

Experience:

• 5–10 years of experience in project management within commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and cost control
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
