Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel full-time to different project sites.
• Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring work is done efficiently and meets requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, service providers, and vendors. Serve as the main contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and issues.
• Supervise on-site workers, including operators, laborers, and subcontractors. Offer guidance, training, and support to ensure quality work and compliance with company standards.
• Check work quality and make sure it follows project plans. Fix any problems quickly.
• Keep accurate daily reports, safety logs, and incident reports. Track any extra work outside the original scope.
• Inspect equipment daily and report needed repairs.
• Monitor project quantities for scheduling and billing.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in renewable energy, heavy civil, or electrical projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (certifications like PMP or OSHA are a plus).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills. Able to multitask and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent communication and people skills. Must represent the company professionally.
• Willing to work 8-12 hours a day, 5-6 days a week.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and construction management software.
