I'm working with a leading Commercial General Contractor based in Lagrange, Ohio , who is actively seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who’s open to travel across Ohio and surrounding states (all mileage covered) and has experience delivering retail construction projects to a high standard.

🔨 What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing day-to-day on-site operations on retail construction sites
• Managing subcontractors, schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered safely and on time
• Acting as the key point of contact between the site and the project management team
• Ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and effective site logistics

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Superintendent on retail or commercial construction projects
• Willingness to travel for projects (overnight stays may be required)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
