Creative Producer

Leading Contemporary Fashion Brand is seeking a dynamic Creative Producer. This exciting role is within the Art Department for a dynamic creative team. The Creative Producer will work closely with senior creative leadership to strategically plan and execute high-quality photo and video productions for diverse platforms including web, social media, campaigns, e-commerce, and look books.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on scope definition, budgeting, and scheduling for shoots and styling sessions.
• Manage comprehensive production logistics including talent booking, location scouting, equipment, crew coordination, and permitting.
• Produce and oversee photo and video shoots ensuring all content meets high standards of quality, creativity, and consistency.
• Maintain budgets and provide regular financial reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Support major events such as seasonal fashion week presentations.
• Build and nurture relationships with external vendors and freelancers.
• Continuously research trends and opportunities to improve production processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of production experience within creative industries.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to take direction and work autonomously.
• Resourceful, proactive attitude with enthusiasm for growth in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves frequent travel to photo shoot locations and requires hands-on presence on set from start to completion.
