Role Description

We’re hiring a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team full-time at our Nashville office. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s motivated, organized, and eager to build meaningful client relationships. You’ll be at the center of our day-to-day operations; managing new inquiries, coordinating appointments, and making sure every customer has a smooth and positive experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is early in their career and excited to grow with a fast-moving company. We offer on-the-job training, mentorship, and a supportive team environment where you can sharpen your skills and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a friendly and professional point of contact for new and existing customers
• Answer calls, emails, and chats promptly and helpfully
• Schedule and coordinate site visits and customer appointments
• Track all customer activity and communication using our CRM (we use HubSpot)
• Work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure customers stay informed
• Help resolve customer issues and follow up to make sure they’re satisfied

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities
• Comfort with multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
• A team-first mindset and willingness to learn
• Previous customer service or office experience is helpful—but not required
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but we value potential and attitude just as much
