Job Description

As a Senior Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in the planning and scheduling of data center construction projects. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules using P6 software, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. This position is with a Top 10 Data Center General Contractor.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize P6 software to create and manage project schedules
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to gather project information and create accurate schedules
  • Monitor and update project schedules to reflect any changes or delays
  • Identify and communicate potential scheduling conflicts or issues to the project team
  • Assist in the development of project plans and timelines
  • Provide regular reports on project progress and potential risks

Qualifications

  • Proven proficiency with P6 scheduling software
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles
  • Experience working on data center projects is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Day-to-Day

  • Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to gather project information
  • Use P6 software to create and update project schedules
  • Monitor project progress and communicate any scheduling issues or conflicts
  • Provide regular reports on project schedules and potential risks
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget
