We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to help us manage and update digital records. In this role, you’ll enter, verify, and maintain accurate data in our systems while ensuring confidentiality and consistency. This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.
Enter and update data into company databases and spreadsheets
Verify data accuracy and correct any errors promptly
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information carefully
Prepare and organize source data for computer entry
Generate simple reports or summaries as needed
Communicate with team members to clarify information
Meet daily or weekly productivity goals
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good typing speed (at least 40 WPM recommended)
Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
