The Role

We’re looking for an Account Manager who is not just a coordinator, but a proactive problem-solver with marketing know-how. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients and will manage the execution of their marketing strategies.

Your job is to make sure things get done correctly and on time, and to help clients understand the why behind what we do.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the client relationship and lead monthly/quarterly calls
• Manage projects and assign tasks across content, web, and SEO teams
• Review and QA content, landing pages, and marketing deliverables
• Ensure client budgets are met and work stays aligned with client goals
• Communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams
• Identify potential roadblocks and offer solutions, not just escalations

Note: You won’t be expected to design websites or write content yourself, but you should know enough to tell when something’s good or when it’s not.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience (agency experience a plus)
• Account management or project management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of what makes effective marketing across multiple channels (SEO, content, web, etc.)
• Obsessive organization and follow-through
• Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills
• Bonus : You’re a marketer or SEO who enjoys being client-facing and can explain technical concepts clearly
• A desire to learn and grow—no “that’s not my department” mindset
• Team player who takes ownership but collaborates well.
