Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of digital marketers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and performance of SEO, SEM, paid social media, and other paid advertising campaigns
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Budget Oversight: Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative brand compliance and sales to ensure cohesive brand messaging and goals

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing with at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Skills: Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, content strategy, and ads & analytics platforms
  • Certified in Google Ads and Meta ads
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven with a focus on KPIs and results
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
