Door Hanger Distributor - Put fliers on doors

Totally Tidy Maid & Janitorial Services - Houston - Pearland- Manvel, is looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to help distribute door hangers throughout our service areas. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, perfect for anyone looking to earn extra income with flexible hours!

Compensation :

• $7.25 an hour plus BONUSES for EVERY customer who signs up for service!
• Paid bi-weekly.

Responsibilities :

• Place door hangers on residential homes (NO knocking, NO talking).
• Follow assigned routes in Houston, Pearland, Manvel.
• Track the number of door hangers placed daily and track streets distributed to.
• Represent our brand professionally while in the community.
• Distribute door hangers promoting our lawn care services to homes in assigned neighborhoods.

Requirements :

• Reliable transportation to job site.
• Ability to walk for extended periods (this is a physical, outdoor role).
• Smartphone to track progress.
• Ability to follow directions and stay organized.
• Must be 16+.
• Work independently, but you’ll also be an important part of our marketing efforts to bring in new clients.

Additional Job Notes :

• Ensure that door hangers are placed neatly and securely on door handles or in mailboxes (where allowed).
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to complete distribution on time.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with customers (even if not directly interacting).
• Track progress and report on areas covered.
• Ensure no debris is left behind in the neighborhoods after distribution.
• Communicate any issues or barriers encountered during distribution (e.g., gated communities, inaccessible properties).
