Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in commercial drywall and interiors fit-outs to oversee single-client retail projects across the region. This role requires about 20% travel (NJ, PA, and occasionally SC, FL, VA) with all travel expenses (gas, tolls, hotels) covered. You will manage projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule goals are met.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and logistics for drywall and interiors scopes.
• Oversee crews and subcontractors on active job sites, ensuring quality and safety.
• Track job costs and labor productivity to align with project budgets.
• Handle change orders and project documentation.
• Coordinate material deliveries and tool logistics.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety compliance and quality standards.
• Provide progress updates to stakeholders throughout the project.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial drywall and interiors projects.
• Strong knowledge of drywall systems and fit-out sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) and project documentation tools.
• Understanding of jobsite safety protocols.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
