John Betlem is seeking an Electric Service Manager to join our team with a reputation for excellence. The Service Manager is responsible for continuing to build and manage a performance-driven service team that believes in providing 5-star service to clients while exceeding company goals. Serving as a leader, motivator, trainer, recruiter, and performance driver throughout our Rochester and Syracuse locations, the Service Manager inspires their team to provide customers with superior service, which results in higher lead conversion and client fulfillment.
We are currently looking for someone to join our team and have a lasting career, be inspired every day, and have fun with their colleagues. As Service Manager, you will build and lead an ideal service department with the best in the business working with you. This position will also handle hiring and developing staff, inclusive of setting and maintaining goals/standards, production monitoring and analysis, and obtaining and sharing product knowledge on services and systems.

Pay Range: $78,000-$90,000 (Salary + Bonus opportunities)
