Overview

We are representing multiple leading Electrical and MEP contractors in the Dallas / DFW area who are seeking experienced Project Managers at all levels to join their growing teams.

Roles range from Project Manager through Senior Project Manager to Project Executive, offering exciting opportunities to work on large-scale commercial and mission critical projects.

Available Positions & Responsibilities

Project Manager (3+ years’ experience)

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned projects, from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts for compliance and scope accuracy
• Lead communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor quality control, safety, and project performance metrics
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership and clients

Senior Project Manager (5+ years’ experience, with direct reports)

• Oversee multiple large-scale projects or a single complex, high-value project
• Supervise and mentor 1–2+ Project Managers or Project Engineers
• Lead contract negotiations, change orders, and cost management strategies
• Manage risk, forecast budgets, and provide executive-level reporting
• Implement company best practices for project delivery and team leadership

Project Executive (10+ years’ experience, leadership responsibility)

• Provide executive oversight of multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
• Lead, develop, and grow high-performing project teams across the organization
• Drive strategy, profitability, and operational excellence in project delivery
• Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, representing the company at a high level
• Collaborate with executive leadership on company growth and project pipeline planning
• (Optional) Support business development efforts, including client engagement and proposal strategy

Project Experience

Ideal candidates will have experience overseeing commercial and/or mission critical projects with an electrical value between $10M-$200M.

Compensation & Benefits

Our clients offer highly competitive compensation packages, with salaries ranging from $140,000-$200,000, depending on your level and experience.
