A hospital system in Southern New Hampshire is looking to hire an Executive Director of Total Rewards & Talent Systems on a permanent basis.
This is a key role on the HR leadership team for the hospital system as this person will oversee all strategy and execution for the Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS teams.
*This position will offer hybrid work flexibility but does require on-site work in Nashua, NH at least 3 days per week.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams in a hospital setting and will have deep experience in total rewards including benefits, compensation, retirement, and HRIS.

*Experience working in healthcare/hospital setting
