About the Role

We are seeking a multi-talented and enthusiastic Lighting Designer / Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role will focus on designing and selling lighting solutions for exterior landscape lighting, architectural lighting, and holiday displays (primarily Christmas), . The ideal candidate is creative, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative while thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment .

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Sales
• Create unique, attractive lighting designs for holiday, landscape, and architectural projects.
• Present and sell lighting concepts to clients, guiding them from design to installation.
• Customer Service
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build long-term client relationships.
• Office & Administrative Tasks
• Prepare reports, track project progress, and assist with scheduling.
• Support general office functions to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong creativity and eye for design.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A collaborative team player who contributes to a positive workplace culture.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in lighting design or related field a plus, but not required.
