About the Role
We are seeking a multi-talented and enthusiastic Lighting Designer / Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role will focus on designing and selling lighting solutions for exterior landscape lighting, architectural lighting, and holiday displays (primarily Christmas), . Key Responsibilities
- Design & Sales
- Create unique, attractive lighting designs for holiday, landscape, and architectural projects.
- Present and sell lighting concepts to clients, guiding them from design to installation.
- Customer Service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build long-term client relationships.
- Office & Administrative Tasks
- Prepare reports, track project progress, and assist with scheduling.
- Support general office functions to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Strong creativity and eye for design.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative team player who contributes to a positive workplace culture.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
- Experience in lighting design or related field a plus, but not required.
