Role Overview:

We’re seeking a skilled, compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who thrives in a mix of autonomy and team collaboration. You will work independently onsite 4 days per week while staying connected to a supportive, experienced virtual clinical team—including nurses and physicians—for guidance and coordination. You’ll provide care for a manageable patient panel, helping employees and their families navigate health proactively, without worrying about cost.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence-based NP care.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions, including labs, diagnostic procedures, vaccinations, and medications.
• Provide health education, medication reconciliation, and follow-up care.
• Serve as a trusted health advocate for employees and families.
• Collaborate virtually with the multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Maintain clinic workflows, supplies, and documentation to support efficient, high-quality care.

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted FNP license in Kansas
• Fluent Spanish speaker, with strong cultural understanding of the Hispanic community
• 3–5+ years of recent experience in hospital, primary care, or urgent care
• Board certification preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, and patient management skills
• Comfortable working independently onsite while coordinating virtually with a clinical team
• Excellent communication, advocacy, and teamwork abilities

Job Details:

• Full-Time
• Onsite Clinic 4 days/week; Virtual 1 day/week
• No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities
