Job Description

Compensation: $70K-80K
Location: St Louis, Missouri 
Field Service Engineer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer locations across the USA to service and maintain Analytical X-ray Equipment and associated devices.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic and mechanical issues of Analytical X-ray Equipment.
• Install and update system software to meet equipment application requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in servicing Analytical X-ray Equipment, with proficiency in troubleshooting electronic and mechanical problems.
• Ability to perform installations of X-ray Generators, Optics, Detection Devices, and Cryo systems.
• Familiarity with maintaining customer profiles and submitting detailed service reports.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in customer training for the alignment and operation of Analytical Systems.
• Proficiency in working in a clean room environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally for training and learning new service methods associated with Rigaku systems, including visits to Rigaku's factories in Japan and Technical Centers in the USA.
