New opportunity with a leading innovator in Battery Energy Storage and Clean Energy Technology, currently expanding their Service team in Arizona.

They're hiring a Field Service Technician to support and maintain large-scale battery energy storage systems across customer sites in the Salome, AZ region .

This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for someone with a mechanical or electrical background who enjoys troubleshooting, travel, and being part of the clean energy transition.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on battery energy storage systems (BESS) at customer sites
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in the field
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure optimal system performance
• Document service activities and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Travel to various customer locations across the Salome region

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in electrical or mechanical service roles (BESS, solar, or industrial equipment experience a plus)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Comfortable working in field environments and traveling regularly
• Technical certification or associate degree in electrical, mechanical, or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Rate & Location:

• Competitive hourly rate - includes full benefits + 401(k)
• 6–12 month initial contract with strong potential for extension
• Salome, AZ region - field-based role
