Mehlville Fire Protection District (MFPD) provides Fire, EMS, and Mobile Integrated Health to the communities we serve. We cover 52 square miles and respond to over 17,000 calls per year. Minimum Job Requirements:
· Ability to work five 48-hour shifts per month (48/96 schedule)
· Must possess a current Missouri EMT-P License
· Must possess a current Driver’s License
· Preferred, but not required, St. Louis County Fire Academy training
· Preferred, but not required, certifications include ACLS, PALS, PHTLS or ITLS, and AMLS
· Ability to meet the physical demands and perform essential functions of the position, including regular attendance
· Preference will be given to applicants with EMS experience
Wages : $68,982 starting wage, $98,449 after four years of service
