Brincade Surfaces is a professional flooring installation company serving the Eugene/Springfield area. We specialize in hardwood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, and carpet installations. Our focus is on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Flooring Installer to join our growing team. Experience is preferred, but not required — we are willing to provide training for the right candidate who is eager to learn the trade.

Responsibilities:

• Install hardwood, laminate, vinyl plank, carpet and more.
• Assist with floor preparation, including demolition, leveling, and some finish trim work.
• Safely operate installation tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team leads.

Qualifications:

• Prior flooring or construction experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Dependable transportation to shop/job sites.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.

Compensation: $17-30/hr (DOE).
