Receptionist / Administrative Support (Contract) - Downtown Austin

Are you a polished and professional individual who excels at being the welcoming "face" of a company? We are seeking a personable Receptionist to support a prestigious law firm in downtown Austin. In this role, you will manage the front desk and provide exceptional service to clients, guests, and employees.

Key Details:

• Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
• Location: Onsite in Downtown Austin, TX 78701
• Schedule: Full-Time Contract (2 months with potential to extend)| Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Environment: Professional, business casual dress code

Your Impact as the First Impression:

• Greet all visitors, clients, and guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answer and transfer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system with efficiency and courtesy.
• Manage all conference room scheduling and coordinate catering orders for meetings.
• Perform light administrative duties, including updating phone lists, issuing visitor badges, and assisting with special projects.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the office, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone.

What We're Looking For:

• A High School Diploma and 2+ years of prior reception or switchboard experience.
• Outstanding customer service skills and a consistently upbeat, pleasant demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to multitask and handle simultaneous requests with a high level of detail.
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) is a plus!
