CONTRACT TO HIRE RECEPTIONIST:
Company located in the North part of The Heights area is looking to replace their FROND DESK individual who has been promoted within the company!
Front Office & Reception – Greet visitors, answer phones, receive packages/mail, and manage the external gate.
Administrative Support – Order office supplies, handle building work orders, p rocess monthly expense reports, and maintain vendor certificates of insurance .
Travel & Event Coordination – Book travel and plan monthly events for employees, clients, and vendors, handling all logistics and set-up.
Reliable & Professional Presence – Consistent 8:30 AM–5:30 PM schedule, dependable attendance, clear communication, and a business casual appearance.
Special Projects – Assist with various office initiatives requiring organization, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
