Founded by a husband-and-wife team in 2006, we started with one Brooklyn tote and have since expanded to a full line of locally made products sold online and in stores around the world. From our studio in the vibrant Gowanus neighborhood, we design, fulfill, and ship with care — all while having fun doing what we love.

Job Description
- Retail and wholesale order fulfillment; picking, packing, and shipping packages
- Processing of orders via UPS, USPS, FedEx
- Monitor inventory levels in our studio
- Studio Office Supplies Management
- Customer service and communication with our stores and retail customers
- Receive packages and verify the contents
- Assist with trade show prep and sales
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Solid computer skills and the ability to work with Google docs and MS Office
- Pays attention to detail and is highly organized
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated and ambitious; willing to learn new skills
- Ability to collaborate and work with a team
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit

- Photoshop/illustrator/InDesign - we're a small team, so if you have this experience we're happy to have you jump in and - help us with design when needed.
- Interest and experience with social media - Instagram, Pinterest
- Speaks Spanish
- Experience with Shopify
