Description of the role: Lexus of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Facilities Management Technician to join our team. The candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the facilities of our dealership in Wesley Chapel, FL. Responsibilities:

Performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical work
Ensuring that facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained
Assisting with building inspections and repairs as needed

Requirements:

Prior experience in facilities maintenance
