Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Director of Development on behalf of our client, a nonprofit organization focused on empowering women and marginalized communities. This is a full-time position based in Miami, FL .
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As the Director of Development, you will lead efforts to design and implement fundraising strategies, foster meaningful relationships with donors, and drive organizational growth. This key role will have a direct impact on the mission by securing financial support from a variety of funding sources. You will collaborate closely with leadership to establish goals and oversee all fundraising activities, from grants to corporate sponsorships, while managing a team to support the execution of these efforts.

This role offers a starting annual base salary range of $85,000-$95,000 with a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance at no cost to the employee.
