A globally leading consumer device company is seeking Assistant Video Editor experienced with Adobe Premiere Pro and experience working in corporate, educational, marketing, and interview style videos as well as technical procedural videos. Apply now to join their dynamic team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Ingest footage for multiple videos in a day
• Manage and organize footage
• Cut together rough assembly edits for multiple videos in a day
• Be organized and process-oriented in handling work
• Solve problems related to large volumes of footage
• Track shots during filming in the studio
• Take detailed notes for editors while in the studio during filming
• Transfer notes into organized documents

Qualifications:

• Must be comfortable working in a multi-editor production environment.
• Able to take creative direction, including notes from post production lead.
• Must have STRONG understanding of Adobe Transcription and Caption tools. Must be able to source and pull music to timelines and have basic knowledge of recording scratch audio when necessary.
• Basic understanding of applying LUTS and color grade using Adobe Lumetri preferred.
• Basic overall knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and experience with localization will be helpful.

Type: Contract

Duration: 2 months with extension

Work Location: Sunnyvale, CA (100% on site)

Pay range: $ 63.00 - $ 78.00 (DOE)
