Core Clinical Partners is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for a Nocturnist position at Mercy Health Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky — just two hours from Nashville, TN, offering a perfect blend of professional opportunity and lifestyle.

Position Highlights:

• Hospital Size: 379-bed acute care facility
• Trauma Level: Level III Trauma Center
• Referral Reach: Serving western KY, southern IL, southeast MO, and northwest TN
• Average Daily Census (ADC): 14–15 ± 2
• ICU: Open ICU with a dedicated ICU team available daily
• Team Model:
• 3 Daytime Hospitalists
• 1 Intensivist
• 1 Dedicated Nocturnist
• 4 APPs: 3 Daytime + 1 Swing APP
• Shifts: 12-hour blocks (7A–7P and 7P–7A)
• EMR: Epic
• Employment Model: W-2 with full benefits
• Specialties & Services: Wide range of subspecialty support and technologies often found in larger metro hospitals

Candidate Requirements

• BE/BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in Kentucky
• J1/H1B Visa Accepted
