firstPRO is seeking an HR Generalist for a 6-8 week contract, possibly temp to perm. The ideal candidate will have technical UKG skills, as well as some general HR knowledge.

**CANDIDATE MUST LIVE IN GA TO BE CONSIDERED**

Location: Buckhead

Onsite: Mon, Tues, Thurs

Pay: $90-100K

Duration: 6-8 weeks; possible temp to hire

Summary:

• Responsible for helping to maintain the Human Resources system of record, ensuring data integrity and system security. This position supports the HRIS & Payroll manager and the HRIS Administrator to ensure the optimal function of the HRIS system, which includes set-up, configuration, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, modules, ongoing process improvement activities and provides metrics to bring greater efficiency to HR as well as the entire company.
• The role will function as a HRIS subject-matter expert and also perform technical support, troubleshooting and provide guidance to HRIS users as well as project management, HR analytics, and systems administration.
• You will pull reports, troubleshoot system, security updates, UKG admin duties, complex calculations.
