Must haves:
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience supporting hourly employees.
• Experience as an HR Manager, leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
• Proven employee relations experience, including conducting investigations.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Bilingual - English/Spanish
