HVAC Service Manager

Starting Salary: $85K (based on experience)

Incentives: Commission opportunities + monthly vehicle allowance

We’re seeking a results-driven HVAC Service Manager to lead our service team, ensure operational excellence, and drive business growth. This role oversees safety, technician performance, customer relations, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Enforce and evaluate safety protocols
• Hire, train, and manage HVAC technicians and admin staff
• Monitor job quality, scheduling, and dispatch
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve concerns
• Manage resources and optimize service profitability
• Review performance metrics and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• 3+ years in HVAC management/supervision
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and service operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and service-related technology
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license; occasional travel and flexible schedule required
• State HVAC license(s) preferred

Additional Info

• Must be able to occasionally climb ladders and lift up to 25 lbs
• Work includes job site visits, sometimes outdoor or mechanical environments
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation essential
