What’s in it for you :-

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Project Manager with strong technical and design capabilities to lead the end-to-end implementation of a data platform at the client site. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Azure Databricks, Python, Spark, Java, Power BI, and SQL , well versed with healthcare domain and will be responsible for ensuring successful deployment, stakeholder alignment, and seamless transition to the support team post-implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of a data analytics product at the client site, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Act as the technical solution architect , guiding design decisions and ensuring alignment with best practices in cloud and data engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, support, and client stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables using agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Provide directional support in development, debugging, and deployment when needed thereby unblocking the team.
• Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover to the support team post go-live.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client during the implementation phase.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12 to15 years of experience in IT with at least 3–5 years in project management roles.
• Strong technical expertise in:
• Azure Databricks
• Apache Spark
• Python and Java
• SQL and Power BI
• Proven experience in cloud, data platform architecture and implementation .
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in client-facing roles and managing enterprise-level implementations.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Experience in Healthcare domain especially US Healthcare Payer & Provider

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in product implementation and transitioning to support teams.
• Experience in Healthcare and specifically in HEDIS, MIPS or other regulatory is good to have.
• Experience/understanding of value-based care or any provider compensation tools is good to have.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
• Experience in data governance, security, and compliance in cloud environments.
