Pay: Starting Pay is $33/hr -(Negotiable based on experience)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Injection Mold Maker to join our team in Biddeford, Maine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the plastic injection mold-making process, ensuring high-quality production, and maintaining a collaborative work environment. This position offers a relocation incentive or a one-time bonus for the right candidate, paid out over multiple months. The role is a first-shift position, with working hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The Injection Mold Maker will report directly to the General Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Build and repair plastic injection molds.
• Operate CNC machinery with proficiency.
• Utilize CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam or Cimatron.
• Read, interpret, and work from blueprints and schematics.
• Use precision measuring equipment effectively.
• Set up and operate machine tools, including lathes, mills, saws, grinders, and EDMs, and verify parts' conformance to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet customer production needs.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; a 2-year technical degree with an emphasis in Tool and Die or Machining is preferred.
• Knowledge of plastic injection mold-making is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing tool room environment is required.
• Proactive attitude with a desire to continually learn and improve.

Pay Range: $33 is starting pay - negotiable based on experience
