Job Description

General Description:

The Interim Amazon Manager will be responsible for supporting growth and managing brand presence on the Amazon platform. Maintain a strong working relationship with the Amazon Rep and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to drive alignment of marketing goals. Must have experience with Amazon Vendor Central, be a self-starter with strong communication and analytics skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage brand presence on the Amazon platform & make recommendations for optimizations
  • Partner with marketing and advertising team to monitor ad performance affect on SKU rankings
  • Manage promotional campaigns and forecasts to support the growth of the business
  • Liaison with marketing and operations to update shipping forecasts, inventory needs, and marketing progress weekly/monthly/quarterly
  • Lead day-to-day contact for Amazon business
  • Communications with Amazon Customer Success Manager
  • Coordinate Issue resolutions on ASIN details, product listings, and any other alerts from Amazon
  • Track bi-weekly POs, inventory allocation, and manage product availability
  • Vet ad-hoc opportunities and coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute
  • Track performance of the brand by SKU for Amazon & .com and update weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Coordinate & Track Amazon product listing updates, posts, and Color Wow brand store
  • Upload supplied creative into Vendor Central
  • Maintain back end SKU data and info in Vendor Central
  • Communicate manual updates to Amazon account manager
  • Consistently update and maintain our Color Wow Brand store to drive sales
  • Complete ad-hoc data analysis on product performance and other KPIs
  • Complete on-going competitive analysis & share out to team to stay ahead of the competition
  • Additional projects as needed

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Must have 3-5 years key account management experience - Amazon Vendor Central experience preferred
  • Organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Motivated problem solver who strives to be efficient and is accountable for your results
  • A strong email and verbal communicator – someone who asks questions because you want to learn
  • Comfortable engaging with all levels of employees in the organization as well as external contacts
  • MS Office with very strong Excel skills

Requirements:

  • Amazon Vendor Central or Seller
  • Hybrid 2 days in the office in Wilton, CT

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand, walk and sit, communicate with others, access office equipment and move items weighing up to 20 pounds if need
